At She Fashion Store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
– Items must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
– Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
– Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
– Personalized or custom-made products.
– Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
– Intimate apparel, swimwear, or lingerie (if hygiene seals are removed).
– Digital downloads, software, or gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
Shipping Costs
– If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
– If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees USD or above depending on your area.
5. Refunds
– When you recieve the parcel, always make a video when unboxing it. If the product you recieved is damaged this video will be a proof. Share this video with our helpline team for further guidence. We will send you the details how to send back the product. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 30 days.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will be paid back after your product is recieved and inspected by the head office. It may take upto 30 days.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable in any case.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please make a unboxing video proof share it via email to us within 3 days of delivery. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
